Terms of Service

We accept all online payments via PayPal only. Orders will be shipped within 5 days of payment - most likely sooner.

Shipping rates are estimated for United States orders only.

Note: Due to U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) recent high shipping rates, all "medium to large boxed Packages" are shipped via "Package Services". If the buyer wishes for a much speedy delivery option of "Priority Mail" for shipment, then please contact us before you make a purchase from us, so we can send you an invoice for the estimate price total.

Also we do not ship outside the United States.

PAYMENT:
-We use one convenient purchase method - PayPal Shopping Cart.
-Your financial security is our highest priority
-Shop and pay online quickly and securely
-We don't accept money orders of any kind

PAYPAL Customers:
If your order was paid via a "verified/registered" Paypal account on a "Debit Card or Credit Card" instant payment, then your item will ship out within the same week or a little longer unless it's a holiday or the weekend. But rest assure, your order will be shipped out to the verified mail address that has been provided to us.

PAYING WITHOUT A "PAYPAL" ACCOUNT:
Before the buyer places an order on "Ecrater.com" you can choose "Alternative Checkout" which after you've filled out your info, you'll be given an option to pay with or without a verified/registered Paypal account.

If the costumer purchased an item with a valid Debit card, please have the adequate funds before you purchase the item(s) or a valid Credit Card in good standing. This type of payment via a Debit or a Credit Card without a verified/registered PayPal account will take a little longer before we ship out your item. Please see "Suspicious fraudulent Payments" below.

SUSPICIOUS FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS:
A Payment made by the buyer without a unverified or unregistered Paypal account or a "unconfirmed mail address", (although in some cases we have shipped out an item(s) to unconfirmed buyers' mail addresses, but they all had verified and registered Paypal accounts).

We will be in contact with the buyer to confirm and verify the payment before we do any shipping of their item. This regular procedure process usually takes 3-5 days tops depending on the Buyer's speedy response to our e-mail for confirmation on their legitimacy for payment.

Any other fraudulent Payments that we deem suspicious will be reported to Ecrater.com, PayPal.com and the credit card issuer.

THINGS THE BUYER SHOULD KNOW:
Please be patient while we process your order. We only ask of you to hold off any feedback that you might have until you've received your package. (Please Note: Positive feedbacks are always welcomed.)

The costumer will get two separate e-mails via PayPal one for their order confirmation and another which is a follow up e-mail regarding their tracking information.

As with every order that we ship out via USPS (United State Postal Service) they'll include delivery confirmation tracking. "Best Purchase Ever" is not responsible for item(s) damaged or defective merchandise, or lost in transit. (See FAQ for lost packages)

Please allow the USPS 14-25 days for your item to arrive to your destination. If the item(s) does not arrive to its destination by the 25 days period as stated, the buyer can then contact PayPal directly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Books/Magazines/Photos/Collectible Cards:
Shipping cost ranges from $2.99 -$10 dollars. (Shipped in a bubble mailer/box.)

Video Games:
Shipping cost ranges from $4.99 -$10 dollars. (Shipped in a bubble mailer/box.)

Toys, Electronics, and Clothes:
Shipping cost ranges from $4.99-$20 dollars. (*Shipped in a 'bubble mailer'/box.)

*Note: Unopened or Loose 3 3/4 inches toy action figures will ship in a bubble mailer. If there's more than one item purchased, the items will ship in a box.

Please keep in mind 'shipping and handling' fees don't just cover postage but also Paypal fees, shipping supplies, and other costs.

COMBINE SHIPPING:
If you plan on buying multiple items, we do combine shipping but you must contact us at Bestpurchase_ever@yahoo.com Subject line: "Combine Shipping" we'll send you an invoice via PayPal for the total amount for the items that you'd like to purchase from us.

CANCELLATION ON UNPAID ITEM(S):
If the buyer for whatever reason decided not to pay for the item(s) at the time of checking out after we've received their order via ecrater.com but has not yet paid the amount for the item(s), via Paypal. Some times an e-mail reminder is sent to the costumer informing he or she if they are still interested in purchasing the item(s). If we don't hear back from the costumer, then at our own discretion we'll cancel the order. Also we have the right to cancel an order without even sending an invoice notice reminder for payment.

CONTINGENCIES:
We reserve the right to cancel unshipped order(s) if the buyer fails to make payment(s) in accordance with our Terms.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
We try our very best to provide the best description for all of our item(s) with images & coming soon with videos.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:
Once an item is purchased and paid for via PayPal through a Debit or Credit Card, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

EXCHANGES:
Since items are limited in stock, we can't do exchanges, therefore all sales are final.

RETURNS:
We do not accept returns. We do not honor buyer's remorse on returns.
